Air - to - Air

Draken International provides the most accurate and advanced adversarial support available in the industry. Our A-4K Skyhawks are equipped with APG 66 Phased Array Radar. Draken's L-159E ALCA is a brand new fighter aircraft equipped with an advanced 4th generation Selex Grifo-L Radar and attack suite. Both platforms offer RWR capabilities which enable pilots to execute realistic training with proper reactions based on aircraft avionics capabilities and limitations.

This real-time threat reaction, combined with actual targeting of Blue aircraft with a radar takes Contract Air Services to a new level. With GPS tracking pods carried on our 1553 Bus equipped aircraft, precise debriefs are now a reality. The expertise and professionalism of our pilots, combined with the unmatched avionic capability of our aircraft makes Draken more than just a force multiplier. It is accurate, robust training for today's warfighter.

Our aviation assets can also take training to a new level in Electronic Warfare (EW). Through strategic partnerships and our capability to carry a variety of commercial and GFE EW pods, we are able to bring EW to the tactical level as well as larger scale. This provides a realistic training environment that is needed in today's air space. The EW aspect, coupled with the quantity of highly capable supersonic and subsonic aircraft creates the needed training environment.

The final aspect that Draken brings to the Air to Air mission sets is quantity. Owning and operating over 80 tactical aircraft, super and subsonic with day or night capability, Draken is perfectly suited for all Flag missions or Large Force Exercises. Radar and RWR aware, EW equipped and large quantity of aircraft will change the Contract Air Service industry to meet and exceed most demands in the Air to Air arena.
